Settlement machine, Stacking/Lamination table

Settlement machine manage the separating, discharge and stacking of different sheets.
It includes frame, conveying frame, air cylinder, motor, 1# settlement frame, 2# settlement frame etc. After shearing, the sheet materials will be conveyed to settlement machine by conveyor. Servo motor drives 1# settlement frame, 2# settlement frame move left and right, conveys the sheet materials to stacking pallet. Position of stacking pallet as following drawing.

Stacking height 400mm, and it can be individual set according to the thickness of transformer produced by customer. Automatic stop when reach to preset height. Finally forming into 5 core pillars of one transformer. And then carry of stacking/lamination assembly. Stacking assembly can be manual or automatic (Robot lamination).
