SHEARING MACHINE

Shearing machine is used to process core sheet which need required angle, the machine includes servo motor, guide rail, movable beam, alloy cutter etc. ＋45°, －45° each one (And can rotate into 90° straight shearing) make shearing at angle of 45°, 90° and135° available. After sheared, the materias conveyed to outfeed table by row rollers device.

Trip of upper cutter: 18 mm

Angle of upper cutter: 1.5°

Line speed of row roller: can automatically follow the speed of main conveying roller.
